f I could give a negative rating I would. These incompetent *** hats have turned what should have been a very simple 1 day screen fix into my fingerprint sensor no longer working on my iPhone 5s gold. My phone was well cared for in a case and even has a scratch protection layer on it. It fell out of my hand in my garage and developed a small single crack in one corner...because I value my possessions so much I got my back up phone out and, using a groupon, paid to have it fixed. As I get the phone back the sensor is no longer working and I immediately take it back after repeated attempted to use it failed. They clearly jacked up my phone. Now, almost 2 weeks in and 6 trips to the location where I dropped it off, phone calls assuring me that they would fix this issue, I am called after 7pm (no voicemail after I don't answer as I was showering) and told that were not going to fix it. And I quote "...Prove that we broke it." This even though i immediately took my phone back to them and called out the issue, even though have been patiently trying to work with them, and give them an opportunity to make this right. Groupon has refunded the purchase as well as provided additional credit to my credit card for my worries, time and aggravation...(thanks, #Groupon) but now I am left having to get another phone to replace the full functionality of a device that was near immaculate except for a crack in the upper corner. My only recourse ow is to take these people to small claims court and force them to remedy this. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST! If you have an advanced device, these are NOT the people for you
